Pipewise is a California-first education and workforce training platform built specifically for plumbing. It gives newcomers a clear route into the trade, helps apprentices and journeymen sharpen their skills, and gives employers one place to organize employee development.

Our mission is to make high-quality plumbing education structured, practical, and accessible. We connect video lessons, quizzes, field references, skills assessments, and an AI tutor so learning can move from the screen to the jobsite.

Pipewise was founded by Ryan Hermes of Hermes Plumbing Inc., a Napa Valley, California plumbing company. That jobsite perspective keeps our apprentice training practical, grounded, and ready for the work ahead.
